At this time of establishment of Digital Bangladesh, Upazila and Union Web Portal are a mirror of the richness of the rich population of a population. The precondition for determining the development strategy for formulating a public welfare, realistic and sustainable development plan and the implementation of development strategies is to understand the geographical situation of the concerned area, the nature of existing resources, the quality of the population, behavior and overall development efforts in the ongoing development efforts. The initiative taken by the government to publish digital images of existing resources, current crisis and possibilities, at the upazila and union level, is a beautiful, prosperous, welfare and farsighted decision by the government. We hope that Bhairab Upazila and Union Web Portal will help in this regard.

Bhairab Upazila is a prosperous and popular "Kushorganj district" of Bangladesh, The past history of the Bhairab Upazila, developed in the confluence of the Meghna-Brahmaputra river, is bright and traditionally. Due to three-dimensional communication, advanced industrialization and a well-known business center, the habitation developed in the 18th century has rapidly progressed towards prosperity. I firmly believe that a web portal, fast-moving and informative, will take the nation a long way in overall development of the upazila.
